Effective date: 13 June 2026 · Last updated: 13 June 2026. This Privacy Policy explains how Loan Free Financial Services ("we", "us", "our") collects, uses, shares and protects your personal information when you visit www.loanfree.info or request a free debt-resolution consultation. By using this website or contacting us, you consent to the practices described below.
1. Who we are
Loan Free Financial Services is a debt-resolution, settlement-negotiation and legal-coordination consultancy, operated by Athena Legal Solution LLP, based at Chamber No. 698, 2nd Floor, Western Wing, Tis Hazari Court, District Courts North, Delhi 110054. For the purposes of the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (the "DPDP Act"), we act as the Data Fiduciary responsible for the personal data you share with us. We are a consultancy and not a lender.
2. Information we collect
We collect only the information needed to respond to your enquiry and provide our services:
- Information you give us — your name, phone number, email address, city/state, and the case details you choose to share (loan type, outstanding amount, lender name and a description of your situation) when you fill in a form, message us on WhatsApp, email us, or call us.
- Information collected automatically — when you browse the site, our analytics and advertising tools collect standard technical data such as your IP address, device and browser type, pages viewed, the page that referred you, and approximate location, using cookies and similar technologies (see Section 3).
We do not ask for — and we request that you never send us — sensitive banking credentials such as internet-banking passwords, UPI PINs, card numbers, CVVs or OTPs. We will never ask you for these.
3. Cookies & tracking technologies
This website uses cookies and similar technologies to operate the site, understand how it is used, and measure our advertising. The main third-party tools we use are:
- Google Analytics 4 — to measure website traffic and understand which pages are useful. Google processes this data as described in the Google Privacy Policy. You can opt out with the Google Analytics Opt-out Add-on.
- Meta (Facebook) Pixel — to measure the performance of our Facebook and Instagram ads and to show relevant ads to people who have visited our site. This is governed by the Meta Privacy Policy; you can manage your ad preferences in your Facebook/Instagram settings.
- Fonts & icons — we load fonts and icons from Google Fonts and a content-delivery network, which may receive your IP address to deliver these files.
You can block or delete cookies through your browser settings. Disabling cookies will not prevent you from using the site, though some analytics features may not work.
4. How we use your information
- To respond to your enquiry and provide a free, no-obligation consultation.
- To assess your situation and explain the legal and settlement options available to you.
- To contact you by phone, WhatsApp or email about your request.
- To negotiate or correspond with your lenders or their representatives — only when you ask us to.
- To improve our website and measure the effectiveness of our information and advertising.
- To comply with our legal, regulatory and record-keeping obligations.
5. Our legal basis & your consent
We process your personal data on the basis of the consent you give when you voluntarily contact us or submit a form, and where processing is necessary to provide the services you request or to meet a legal obligation. You may withdraw your consent at any time (see Section 10); withdrawal will not affect processing already carried out.
6. WhatsApp & form submissions
When you submit a form on this website, your details are formatted into a message and opened in WhatsApp on your own device, so you can review and send it to us. We receive only what you choose to send. Messages you send us through WhatsApp are also subject to WhatsApp's own terms and privacy policy.
7. How we share your information
We do not sell or rent your personal information to anyone. We share it only in these limited situations:
- With your lenders or their agents — only when you have asked us to assist with negotiation, settlement or documentation on your behalf.
- With trusted service providers — such as our website hosting (Vercel), analytics and communication providers who help us operate, under confidentiality obligations.
- Where required by law — to comply with a valid legal request or court order, or to protect our rights, safety or property.
8. Data retention
We keep your personal data only for as long as necessary to provide our services, maintain our records, and meet legal or regulatory requirements, after which it is securely deleted or anonymised. If you ask us to delete your data and we are not legally required to retain it, we will do so.
9. How we protect your data
We apply reasonable technical and organisational security measures — consistent with the Information Technology Act, 2000 and the DPDP Act, 2023 — to protect your information against unauthorised access, loss or misuse. However, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
10. Your rights
Under the DPDP Act, 2023 you have the right to:
- Access a summary of the personal data we hold about you and how we process it.
- Correct or update inaccurate or incomplete data.
- Erase your data where it is no longer required.
- Withdraw consent or ask us to stop contacting you at any time.
- Grievance redressal — raise a concern with our Grievance Officer (Section 12).
- Nominate another individual to exercise your rights in the event of death or incapacity.
To exercise any of these rights, email info@athenalegalsolutionllp.in. We will respond within a reasonable time.
